Q - question

Is it possible to run a macro in the ACAD.PGP file?

A - answer No, you cannot.
But you can define a new command (e.g. using LISP: DEFUN C:TEST in your ACAD.LSP or ACADDOC.LSP files - create them if they do not exist) and use this command after that (or even alias it in ACAD.PGP).
