How to convert HPGL2 PLT files to TIFF?

A - answer You can use the PLT2TIF utility by TG-Soft to convert any HPGL/2 plot file to a BW or Color packed TIFF file. You can specify pen parameters and perform batch conversions. Freeware version for non-commercial use.
