Q - question

How to make an associative dimension of object's color, lineweight or Z-coordinate?

A - answer You can use the LiveLabel application (reactor) which dynamically links attribute or dimension text to a selected property of the source entity. You can also define conditional links.
E.g. to create a label with autoupdated elevation value (its own Z-coordinate): use/create any blok with at least one variable attribute, define a LiveLabel link style "Z-coordinate -> Block" and link a block reference to itself. Text attribute will always display the current Z-coordinate of your block reference (you can also use relative distances or other calculations using a Diesel expression modifier).

See LiveLabel.
