Q - question

How do I find whether a drawing is digitally signed?

A - answer A drawing with attached digital signature displays a stamp icon in the AutoCAD status bar (lower right corner). See e.g. the sample drawing Stadium plan.dwg.

If you click on this icon, AutoCAD displays whether the signature is valid or invalid (SIGVALIDATE command).

Digitally signed DWG drawings can be also indicated by a special icon already in the Windows Explorer or in the Open dialog.
