Q - question

Mouse wheel doesn't perform zooming.

A - answer With Logitech mouse (or a mouse using MouseWare driver) you are not able to perform zooming - even that MBUTTONPAN is set to 1 and you are using the latest driver version.

In Windows Control panels go to Mouse properties and on the Buttons tab, set Scroller to "Use Office Compatible scroll only".
