How to save an AutoCAD 2004 drawing to the R14 DWG format?

A - answer Use the 'Autodesk Batch Drawing Converter' or the 'Autodesk DWG TrueConvert' utility, which can convert drawings between the DWG14 (plus R13/R12/R10 and older), DWG2000 and DWG2004/2005/2006 formats.
