Q - question

The same drawing displays on one PC with decimal commas and on another with decimal points in dimensions.

A - answer The drawing probably uses a dimension style with Units format set to "Windows Desktop" (DIMLUNIT/DIMALTU = 6/8) and there are different Decimal separator settings in Windows locale (Control Panel) on those computers. Change the Dimension style or the Windows locale setting.
