Error: undefined block *X0 while importing DXF

A - answer Blocks starting with an asterisk are so called "anonymous blocks" (unnamed) used by AutoCAD for hatches, dimensions, ASE and other internal operations. Your DXF file has probably incorrect format - fix it and repeat the DXFIN command.
