Q - question

How to protect your AutoCAD toolbars from being modified?

A - answer Set the TBCUSTOMIZE system variable to 0. This will disable the TOOLBAR and CUSTOMIZE commands and users won't be able to edit menus, toolbars and keyboard shortcuts directly.

If your AutoCAD customization commands "do nothing" you may have your TBCUSTOMIZE setting set to off.
