Q - question

Creating a tangent polyline segment.

A - answer The PLINE command creates by default tangent arcs (e.g. when going from straight to arc segment). But you can also easily create a tangent straight segment continuing from an arc segment.

In the polyline arc segment mode, enter the Line option and then Length - enter the length of the line segment and this new straight segment will be tangent to the last arc segment.

In Architectural Desktop, you can use this to prepare a wall outline and convert it then to a wall with the WallToolToLinework command.
