Q - question

How to keep AutoCAD hatch boundary visible?

A - answer Use the DRAWORDER command to bring the boundary to front. In AutoCAD 2005 (and higher) you can force the hatchure (esp. SOLID hatch) to stay 'behind' its boundary - see the "Send behind boundary" or "Send to back" options in the 'Draw Order' pane of the 'Boundary Hatch and Fill' dialog.
