Q - question

Circular stairs with landings.

A - answer To create a spiral stairs with landings in Architectural Desktop, use the following settings.

In the Stair styles dialog, on the 'Landing Extensions' tab, set the desired 'Landing Length'. Insert circular stairs. Set the desired height method and value. In the 'Flight height' parameter (the Properties Palette) set the 'Flight Height Maximum Limit' value -- Architectural Desktop automatically inserts the required number of landings. If a landing is not inserted at the exact height you can move it by dragging the 'Move Auto Landing' grip in a 3D view of the selected stairs.
