Q - question

ActiveX component not installed when entering iProject.

A - answer The client part of iProject depends on running an ActiveX component in your MS Internet Explorer (V4 or higher).

Your security settings or company network policy may prevent initial installation of this ActiveX component. You can either lower your MSIE security settings temporarily, or use a standalone installation program for the iProject client component.

  1. In Tools/Internet options, on the Security tab, click on the green icon "Trusted servers". Click the Servers button, uncheck the "Request certification" checkbox and in the "Add this server" enter: http://www.iproject.cz and click Add. Exit the dialog and restart MSIE.
  2. The other option is to use the Download menu on www.iproject.cz and download and run the first item (EXE link) - "Install program for manual installation of component". Then restart your MSIE.
