Q - question

AutoCAD as a physical unit converter.

A - answer You can use AutoCAD as a converter of measurement units. Just perform the conversion with the command (LISP function) cvunit.

Examples:

(cvunit 1 "minute" "second") ... 60
(cvunit 1 "are" "hectare") ... 0.01
(cvunit 1 "fathom" "meter") ... 1.8288
(cvunit 1 "foot" "meter") ... 0.3048
Of yourse you can use a real converted value instead of "1". This value (given in the first unit) will be converted to the second unit.

The measurement units are defined in the file ACAD.UNT.
