Total weld length in an Inventor assembly.

A - answer To calculate the total length of weld beads in an Inventor assembly (incl. subassemblies) you can use the function Tools > Weld Bead Report.

This command creates an Excel table (.XLS) containing parameters of the individual welds. You can sum up the total length using the Excel Sum functions.
