Q - question

Using 3D grips for interactive editing of Inventor parts.

A - answer Inventor can edit parts not only through adaptivity and parameters but also interactively with 3D grips.

3D grips have to be enabled in the application options (the OP command): Tools > Application options, the Part tab, the pane 3D Grips. Then you can right-click on a part and enter the "3D Grips" mode - in this mode you can interactively modify the shape of the 3D part using the displayed grip points.
