Q - question

How to start AutoCAD, not Mechanical Desktop by double-clicking on the DWG? How to start different versions of AutoCAD by double-clicking on the DWG?

A - answer You can use the Acadstart application. It adds all installed versions of AutoCAD 2000 (or 14) and all available profiles (eg. Mechanical Desktop) to Explorer's context menu.
Then, just right-click on a DWG file and choose the required version of AutoCAD.
