Q - question

Revit plot/print is not to scale.

A - answer Printed drawings from Revit are not scaled properly, differences from true dimensions in the given scale are off by tens of percents.

This is usually caused by setting an improper plot scale in Revit.

In the Print dialog click on the button Settings and in the dialog "Print settings" change the option "Fit to page" to "Zoom 100%" - e.g. printing precisely 1:1, without scaling up or down.
