Searching in the Inventor assembly model.

A - answer Using the Search function (magnifying glass icon) in the model viewer tree, you can easily text-search for individual model elements, e.g. in IAM assemblies.

This way you can find all holes, all iMates, elements with 3D annotations attached, or parts with a specific iProperty - e.g. drawn by a specific designer, with a substring of an order number, belonging to a specific department, made of a specific material, etc.
