System error: The program can't start because mfc120u.dll is missing
A - answer When launching AutoCAD, Inventor or Revit, the following error message may be displayed:

The program can't start because mfc120u.dll is missing. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This is usually caused by an improperly installed Windows component - Visual C++ Redistributable. It may be a result of an anti-virus intervention or of uninstalling/reinstalling an app without performing a systém restart. Perform a repair installation of your CAD application or first uninstall the faulty Visual C++ Redistributable.
