Q - question

The Ctrl+Shift+letter hotkeys do not work (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+C in AutoCAD)

A - answer On my computer, AutoCAD, Inventor and other applications stopped to recognize the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+C, Ctrl+Shift+S, Ctrl+Shift+L, Ctrl+Shift+M, Ctrl+Shift+R, Ctrl+Shift+G, Ctrl+Shift+E, and other.

This is most probably caused by collision with the function AMD ReLive, a part of the AMD Radeon graphics card driver - see ReLive > Global:

Disable or uninstall this function, or remap its hotkeys. For some applications, ReLive may collide also on other key combinations based on pressing Shift+Ctrl simultaneously.

The hotkey Ctrl+Shift+L is hidden in a different section in ReLive: Gaming > Global Settings > Performance Monitoring > Toggle Performance Logging Hotkey. You can unmap the hotkey by going to its settings (Toggle) and pressing Del.
