The "Portable license utility" (PLU) employing hardware-related transfer codes and transfer files was replaced since version 2010 with a new, much simple tool - the "Online License Transfer Utility" (OLT, LTU, LTU.exe). So the old program PLU26.exe is no more available in Autodesk Shared.
The tool LTU uses a password protected online pool on Autodesk web servers (https) to relocate - first to export ("park") and then to restore your software license
You can use this online license pool for any transfers of your local licenses (SLM) of Autodesk software within your company. The exported license can be marked as "Private" (so you can re-import them only with the same login credentials and only for the same serial number of CAD product) or as "Public" (anyone can - after any login - capture the license, for the same product and the same serial number). A Private license will automatically become "Public" after 14 days of parking. You can use the license export/import also for the same but reinstalled PC.
Note: LTU is no longer supported - subscription licenses can be transferred/shared automatically
