You can setup the render exposure with the [CMD]RENDEREXPOSURE[/CMD] command.
 
Unfortunately the internal renderer in AutoCAD does not offer effects like raining. You would need to use Autodesk 3ds Max or other high-end rendering tool.Vladimir Michl2011-09-30 08:10:21
