My computer is windows 10. My acad2016 arch. program is locking up during operation for no reason and than I have to close with task manager. when I try to restart the program it stays locked and I have to close with task manager again. In order to get the program to work I have to shut down computer and restart. This has just started happening in the past few days. any suggestions. Thank you
