Hi!Suppose that i draw a square on the ground and I want to add grass texture material on it, how would I do that?I already tried numerous ways the most efficient being with the Loft command (to create a surface) but unfortunately i have more than a simple square to apply texture on. I have more complex 2d forms.http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/266/tpfinal2007.jpg/As you can see I have the 4 roads leading to the building  to texture with asphalt. And all the green zones to texture with grass. But all those curves are giving me a hard time! The Loft command did not completely covered the green zones.I am using Autocad 2011 Fr. If you do have English commands to suggest don't worry i'll check and translate. Thx!

You can't add textures to a true 2D object; it would have to be 3D.  You could however use a JPG to add what appears to be a texture.

You can add textures do 2D Region-type objects and view them in the Realistic view style. See the picture in the tip:
