Display full version of the post: AIR CONDITIONING DUCTS
Hi!Does anynone know how to draw air conditionins duts. I know there is a specific way with some geometrical features. Thanks!

Are you looking for 2D dwg.s?If so, refer attached.uploads/413522/ductwork.dwg
Hi,
thank you Robert,
there is almost everything I was looking for. What I was specifically looking
for is the bifurcation points. When one duct turns into two. I know there must
be considered some geometrical features in terms of radius to keep the same flow. Thanks a lot

I have other HVAC dwg.s, but much too large to upload here.
With bifurcation points, consideration has to be given to equivalent volume / area (relative to the main trunk from whence they originate). As you mentioned radii are important to ensure uniform airflow, reducing pressure drops. Also consider turning vanes to smoothly allow airflow thru radii (as well as reduce airflow noise)
Thank you Robert, this is what I really want to know, how to draw bifurcation points. I can't find any document in which I can see how are roles to draw this part of ducts. If you have any I Will be pleased. Thanks again.
