I was created block without attribute.now i want to add attribute to that block without re define the block

Use the BEDIT (Block Edit) command to edit the block by adding the new attribute.  Close and say "yes" to saving the changes to the block.  Now, in your drawing invoke the ATTSYNC command and when prompted choose the block you just edited.  Done.
