Dear Sir,I have received 14 drawings in one file.  If it is open all 14 drawings can be viewed Please tell me how to separate each drawing to view separately.

The drawing has 14 layouts and you want to separate them into 14 drawings?

Chances are there is really only one drawing in Model space and 14 different views of it in Paper space.  Those are the different layouts.  Layouts are simply different ways of viewing the drawing in the model.  They provide a convenient way of plotting.  They will show different areas of the model at different scales or rotations.  The idea is to provide a complete look - maybe as a construction set - of the main drawing. So it's really not clear why you would want to separate these.  You can print them all at once, in various combinations, or individually.  You can add more Layout views if you want.  But it's not as if there are 14 different drawings in the model... although there could be.  Right now we don't know for sure. You'll have to either upload the file or describe it more fully.Dave.

I suggest you look into the EXPORTLAYOUT command.  I think it will do what you want.
