I just upgrade to 2010 when I pressed the F2 keys I get a blank text box and the same  box appears when I list an intity. please help

Have you tried running a repair, or uninstalling and re-installing the program?You may need to disable your anti-virus software before installing. Some AV programs will try to block the installation of new programs, thinking the program is a virus.
