Pls can someone tell me how to convert an autocad 3d drawing to a 2d?

I can tell you how it might be done in generic AutoCAD but I don't know what options are available in Revit.1) Flatshot2) SectionPlane3) SolProf4) SolView/SolDraw5) ViewBaseIs that enough options for you?

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PRODUCE A 3D IMAGE TO LOOK LIKE ONE PRODUCED WITH

Converts 3D lines to 2D.  Says nothing about extracting 2D views from 3D objects.

Stells, I can suggest you the path of auto cad 3D drawing to a 2D - Go to File Menu -> Export-> DWF.

A DWF file wouldn't be of that much use other than for viewing would it?
