What is the "cannot open" problem? Are there any error messages? DWG files are upwards compatible so it should open normally.

I kinda solve it, the thing is that since the disk is divided, my dwg stuff was in my MAC drive so I had to move it to the Windows drive for it to open properly.

Might you have the packaging? A sales receipt might have your serial number and product key information?

If not, do contact your AutoDesk reseller.

The serial number and product key can be found on the back of the case that your DVD came in. Or, if you're on subscription and you downloaded the program, just log into the subscription center and you should be able to retrieve your product information.

But if this is an illegal copy of the program, we cannot help you. This is not that type of website.
