I have a drawing which includes a pdf image.  When I print the drawing the pdf image will not print, only the new lines drawn.  The image appears in the print preview but, not on the plotter printout.
Is there a setting that needs to be changed in the plotter setup? page layout?
Thanks for the information.

i have found that plotting a pdf file never works out great. I usually insert tiff images or jpg.  they work better. If it shows in the plot preview you could see if it is on a no plot layer. Sometimes OLe objects will show in previews but not plot.  Very particular sometimes. if you have made plots of pdf in your version of CAD them i am sure it maybe on a no plot layer.

Are you talking about a PDF underlay (new feature of LT2010) or about an embedded PDF object? OLE objects behave depending on the application (not AutoCAD) controlling the particular object. PDF underlays should behave (print/display/osnap) correctly.

autocad lt 2006

The image is an embeded pdf behind the drawing lines.
I have an OCE TCS500 plotter that won't print the image.
