whenever I use purge command in AutoCAD 2021. I found an error (unknown purge command).what is the solution....?plz help

You could always try a REPAIR of AutoCAD which is NOT the same as a UNINSTALL/REINSTALL.  I'm running AutoCAD 2018 and the Purge command functions properly.
