Please could anybody let me know, what advantage & disadvantage I have with AoutCAD Vanilla,at my workplace everybody are beeing issued a AutoCAD Vanilla Version!?Thank you in advance

Compared to what?  Another CAD program?  Manual drafting?  An AutoDesk vertical product?  Apples?  Oranges?
