I'am looking for a cheap laptop that runs Autodesk Inventor and I'am just wondering if the Intel Haswells new and improved integrated graphics will at least run Autodesk Inventor. If not is there any cheap laptops with a discrete graphics card that is not more then 600$?

AutoDESK publishes system recommendations at its website.  I suggest you take a look at what those minimum specifications are for Inventor before you buy a laptop.

I have all ready looked at the Autodesk Inventor minimum specs but it does not say anything about Intel Haswells integrated graphics.
