I spent this week visiting a wide variety of Autodesk customers from Chicago to Virginia, and DC, to New Jersey. It is always a pleasure and learning experience to speak directly with customers in their offices about what is going well, and more importantly what is not. The discussion is to find out how we can support them by providing solutions to the unique challenges they face, whether it is adding new features, changing something, fixing something, or providing some training resources. It is not only a pleasure but a vital part of our commitment to our customers to continually improve and innovate. Autodesk is committed to listening to our millions of customers around the world in multiple ways. In person visits.
