Hi,
Can anyone help me to understand how the scale of hidden lines ,centre lines, etc., can be set so that I can see them in the model view, sheet view, print preview ( I am using ACAD09). At the moment it's a hit and miss process using the Global scale factor?

Thanks,
Dennis

There may not be a setting where they look the same in all views. For consistency in viewports, set LTSCALE & PSLTSCALE to 1.For more info see http://www.caddmanager.com/CMB/2009/06/ltscale-psltscale-celtscale-and-msltscale/

Make sure to set your LTSCALE to 1 and the same for the line objects.  Control the linetype scale through your viewport with the annotation scale setting.  Set it to your scale of the viewport.  There are several different hidden and dashed linetypes in AutoCAD, eaxh one having a different spacing ratio.  Try them out and see which fits your needs best.
