Is there a way to convert DText to MText?

Try the command : TXT2MTXT but I'm affraid it doesn't exist on your LT ( to be confirmed ).
On my 2008 release I find it in the express menu ( not existing on the light releases ).
If it doen't work, you will have to copy/paste your texts from text to an Mtext.

You cannot run a lisp routine in AutoCAD LT.Try finding a diesel macro that will do the same thing.

First load the express menu by typing the command "expresstools". Then from the text menu you'll find convert tect to MTEXT.

foot:  The guy is using AutoCAD LT.  There is no Express Tools in that version of AutoCAD only in the full version.
