This somehow happened to my CAD window, and I like it, but would like the command line to show on the other side of the ribbon. I've fiddled with it for a fair amount of time and couldn't replicate it stacking side by side, the command window would just snap above. Anyone know how to achieve this?

I don't believe you can force the command line to sit side-by-side with the Ribbon.  Remember that depending on what tab you select the panels could extend completely across the top of your screen or come very close to doing so.  What would happen to your command line if that happened?  Think on it; the answer will come to you in a moment.

it has an adjust bar inbetween, and what happens when you switch to a ribbon that overflows, it simply squishes the text next to icons to just display the icons. Believe me I thought of that, and when I cycled through almost every ribbon I could think of, it all looked fine and was usable. The fact that it put an adjustment bar between them to me means that there has to be a way to put it there.

If that's the case then I don't see what the problem is.  Set it the way you want it then save the workspace.

Still curious as to if anyone has been able to replicate this. It just reverted on me, and Workspace settings didn't hold at all. The reason why I liked this is because it freed up more vertical drawing space.

If you need more space use the Clean Screen option.
