OK...I sent it to you.  Good luck.BTW....are you really using Release 12 or are you using 2012?  There is a vast difference.I think you need Civil 3D.  In the 2011 Subscription Advantage Pack AutoDesk included a COGO Editor that could output a Traverse Closure report.  I assume it was included in subsequent releases as well.

You need to purchase or lease Civil 3D.  That is your best option.Another option would be Carlson Survey.  Maybe they have a 30 day trial version you can download.
