Hiany one tell me about the dimension setting, over scale and dimensions to layout.where we set arrow size,text size,etc and adjust on different scale.in mm or foot.

Use the DimStyle command to set the different dimension variables.  If you are dimensioning in a layout then you should be using a scale of 1:1.  Only your viewports are assigned a scale.

thanks for quick response.how i set there different veriable scale setting and whats standrend there, for exmple ....Text hight, arrow hight, offset or other setting according to sacle.have you any method setting according to sacle

I thought you were working in a layout.  Why are you asking about setting a scale?
Check you DimStyle > Modify > Primary Units tab.  There is a Scale Factor option there.
 
And on the Fit tab there is a scaling option where it says Scale for dimension features > Use overall scale of.John Connor2011-04-11 12:32:40

I want dim have number 0 in primary unit don't display, only display primary unit which value not equal zero.Example, one line have long is 2.0 m will display only 2 , but one line other have long is 2.5 m will display 2.5.? Thanks!

U can get solution by on/off the Supress trailling zeros in Primary Units tab. Work on that & come back.
