Hi, I am trying to write a script placing dimension lines on a Polyline. After DIMALIGNED command, Autocad promptsSpecify first extension line origin or <select object>: 6,1 =>coordinates point1Specify second extension line origin: 6,3 =>coordinates point 2Now, comes my mystery.Specify dimension line location or[Mtext/Text/Angle]: 0 => whatever I type here does not seem to have a consistent relation with the place the dimension ends located. Autocad help is obscure, and reads:Dimension Line LocationUses the point you specify to locate the dimension line and determines the direction to draw the extension lines. After you specify the location, AutoCAD draws the dimension.Please help.Thanks,Luis.
