I'm trying to dimension 3d objects in paperspace and I'm completely lost. I set DIMASSOC as 2 and scale factor as 1, but whenever I dimension in the paperspace viewport, the measurements I get are off, seemingly giving me the actual literal measurements as seen in paperspace.help!

First, your dimensions should be "associative".  Are they?Second.  I would normally try to avoid dimensioning 3D objects.  That's what the 2D views are for.

I don't work in 3-D, but this may help. You said the dimensions seem to be the Paper Space dimensions. You need to set it to the viewport. Typing "DIM" should start the Dimension command. Once there, type "DIMLFAC" and then type "V" for Viewport, then select the Viewport. Now the dimensions in Paper Space will be at the Viewport dimensions. NOTE: you can type "DIMLFAC" before you are in the Dimension Command, BUT it won't offer you the "V" option. Hope this works - Read Ya Later -KLYPH
