If the difference is just the language:In the Zero suppression part of the Dimension Style dialog box's Primary Units tab, un-check the "0 inches" box, so that 0" will not be suppressed.

To ensure that the "-0" appears in your dimensions (for example, showing 8'-0" instead of just 8') in AutoCAD 2026, go to the command line and type DIMSTYLE, then press Enter. In the Dimension Style Manager, select your current dimension style and click Modify.
