Do you have display problems using an other program on this laptop? What steps have you taken to troubleshoot the problem so far?Have you checked the error message at either the Intel or the Microsoft websites?

You misread my question.  I wasn't asking if you had any problems with another CAD program.  I meant ANY other program like Microsoft Office, or your antivirus program, a game, etc.Put it this way: Does the problem ONLY occur when you try to use AutoCAD?

i went to the intel site. same display driver is available to download. which i already did.i am sure this problem must be related to my autocad. and only occur when i use autocad 2012

There are specific minimum system requirements for AutoCAD 2012 posted at the AutoDesk website.  Did you check those against your system to see if they were comparable?

john my laptop is intel i5 (second generation) with 6 gb ram 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M graphics card. windows 7 home premium 64 biti think it is more then enough...  dnt you think so..... i checked with autodesk website. my configuration is much higher then minimum required.

It can only be one of two things; a problem with the driver itself or a problem with AutoCAD.  Pick your poison.Have you considered doing a REPAIR of AutoCAD to see if that fixes the problem?

yes i repaired and reinstall as well... but in vain

Then it seems you have narrowed down the possibilities to just one: the video card/driver.
