hello everybody,
 
could someone tell me how to modify the shp-file to make the distance between charaters bigger ( 20 % more).i need the font for engraving. i don�t understand the code so i hope you can help me.

I do not know much about auto cad ... Perhaps this is a software that is very useful for civil engineers... And they can reply about it with accuracy. 

Isn't it easier to use the parameter "tracking" in the MText editor? It controls character spacing.
