Can anyone help please? My AutoCAD LT 2010 has 'lost' the ability to do double click actions. Therefore, every time I try to double click on something to edit it nothing happens. Also, I can't select something and then type the command shortcut. I have to activate the command and then select the object. I'd be really grateful for some one to point me in the right direction as it's really slowing me down. Thanks in advance.

I would say go to 'tools', 'options', 'user preferences' then in the area 'windows standard behavior', click on 'right click customization'.
Hope this helps you out!

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I still have the same issue. Double click editing is definitely activated in the options panel but it still won't work. Any other suggestions anyone?Cheers.

Use DBLCLKEDIT system variable must be on and the PICKFIRST system variable must be on (set to 1, the default) for double-clicking to work.
