My whole dept installed Autocad Mechanical 2013. When selecting specific attributes and double clicking them half of my dept has "quick properties" box open that allows them to edit the values of all of the chosen attributes at once. The other half of my dept is only able to edit the last attribute (that was double clicked on) in a attribute edit box.

I thought this was a selection issue but when the people who can only edit one attibute selected multiple lines, circles etc the quick properties box appeare then. I have spent the last 2 hours searching forums and sites trying to find a fix. I have checked a lot of settings that I found online but nothing has helped.

We want them all to be the same preferrably with the quick properties edit box.

Thanks!

Hi ,Notice in properties  whether selected entities are block or block attributes?Quick properties box for attributes opens when run command: ATTEDIT and select entity which contains attributes. If you have a block which has many entities and attributes defined to then and if you double click on block then Quick attributes properties box will open to edit all attribute values inside block..Remember selection and properties section to know what you selected.Hope this helps, if not then reply me .Regards,Manoj,CadOasis

How do I get everyone's settings set so that it will open Quick Properties when double clicking multiple blocks w/ attributes without typing in _quickproperties command? Right now quick properties opens for some to allow them to edit multiple blocks with attributes at once, but for others it opens up the "Enhanced Attribute Editor" which only allows them to edit the last block with attributes selected.
