I am having trouble scaling and measuring in my dwf program.  Can someone please help? I need to measure in foot and inches but I am not having any success to this point. Thanks all for your help.

DWF is an "electronic printout" - like a physical paper printout, you cannot scale it. Standard 1:1 measuring tools are available in the normal Design Review ribbon.
