Have you looked into the use of the PUBLISH command? John Connor2011-02-18 18:23:29

Sheet Sets may be your best bet. Here's how:1. Create a Sheet Set with all the sheets (layout tabs) in the DWG.2. In the Sheet Set Manager, select all the sheets you want to publish.3. Right-Click and select Publish > Publish to DWF (NOTE WHERE YOU SAVE THE DWF TO)4. Open the DWF with Autodesk Design Review (the DWF Viewer).5. Select all the sheets you want to send to your (PDF) plotter...and VOILA!!

It's a lot easier with supplemental software. I use Normica view pro. www.normica.com. there is a free trial version there. DWG to PDF is easy.

Andycadd: You must be a sales rep for normica.

As John stated previously. Use the PUBLISH command. There is no need to purchase any additional software.

Publish is best, if that is hard or does not create the PDF correctly, sometimes I require different plot files per sheet, you create the PDF for each sheet, then you highlight all the PDF files, right click and choose "combine" in Acrobat if you have the full version Adobe that will edit and combine files for you. That is how I create my PDF drawing sets, all sheets combined into one PDF file.
Again, publish is the fastest and most effecient, if all tabs (sheets) are plotted the same.
